Each summer we take a yacht north — for passages around the Inner Hebrides, the wild south-west of Ireland and the sea-lochs of mainland Scotland. Real tidal sailing, big skies, small ports.
The north Irish coast is where we learned to sail. Our home marina at Carrickfergus on Belfast Lough is the launchpad for everything we do up north — from Tall Ships passages out of Belfast to long cruises through the Scottish islands and distilleries, and on to Norway and the Baltic in some seasons.
These are real tidal waters with big skies and small ports. Whether you are joining a delivery, building miles toward Yachtmaster, or simply along for the cruise, the sailing is genuine and the anchorages unforgettable.

From Kinsale around the south-west coast — the Fastnet Rock, Bantry Bay, the Skelligs — magnificent cruising for the well-prepared skipper.
