A short, sociable introduction to sailing a cruising yacht — the ideal way to discover whether a life under sail is for you.
RYA Start Yachting is a 2-day taster designed to give complete beginners a real first taste of yachting. You will sail aboard one of our cruising yachts in the sheltered waters around Fornells, learning the language, the ropes and the rhythms of life on board.
By the end of the weekend you will have helmed under sail, handled sheets, dropped an anchor and started to understand how a yacht works — all in some of the most beautiful sailing grounds in the Mediterranean.
